Raising a question about the importance of personal
life of contemporaries for their future, the author explains
the certain stagnation of the appropriate researches in
psychology by the insufficient correctness of those
methodological approaches to the definition of the person
which have developed in a native psychological science
and practice. The author compares the active and
communicative measuring of the person and gives a
reason for the conformity of the psychological nature
and the socio-historical role of the person.
